Welcome to the Show!

What show? Idk, that's just what came to me.

Oh gosh, I can feel the faucet of creative flow pouring out of me already!!

This is why I decided to bring back my blog.

So years ago when I shifted my fitness business to all the mystical personal development healing biz things, I had a blog on my website. And I wrote every. single. day.

And boy was it magical. It was so fun and healing and flowy and just... all the things!!

Side note: My blog, my rules. Don't come @ me about grammar. This is not the place.

This is the nonjudgemental space where I just let my creativity flow and let you in on it too.

Yes, I am a mindset and embodiment coach and professional perception shifter. (If you're into credentials, I'll post them later.)

AND I am a writer. (I actually wrote a book years ago and want to eventually write another one. Whenever it decides to come out of me.)

Am I a good writer? Who knows. But stream of consciousness writing and just letting what needs to flow, flow has helped me heal wounds, look at and shift my shadow, clear old patterns that were holding me back in relationship, business and money, make more money in my business and heal me in ways that I didn't even know needed to be healed.

Like ugh. I can't say enough good things and the little child in me is so excited that we're here!!

So welcome. I'll do another blog about how this is helpful in creating content in business, more money and all that good jazz but for now I'm just basking in the goodness that is creativity and flow because how freaking good is it that we get to make art and share it!? Gosh, I love it. Because at the end of the day, your business is your art. Your creative flow. No one can do it like you because no one is YOU. Your creativity and art is your magic that sets you apart. So what are you doing to tap into it and make it rain, baby!!?
